Before submitting your order, please review it carefully. Once the order has been placed, no changes can be made. If you forgot to add an item, a new order must be placed along with separate shipping charges.
At Loaded eJuice we ship everything through USPS. It is important to know that the shipping method you choose will not accelerate the processing speed of your order. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. No matter which option you choose, if you place your order before 2pm PST , we will package and ship within 2 days or sooner.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours before they populate on the USPS and UPS websites due to delays in the shipping company’s scanning/input into their system, most notably on weekends. Please allow up to 24 hours before checking your tracking number on the USPS or UPS websites.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If you suspect that your package is delayed or lost, please wait at least 14 business days from the date the package was shipped with both First Class and Priority options. USPS does not allow us to file late claims with them until 14 days have passed from the date of shipment, and there is little we can do to help you until the 14 day period has passed.
We do everything we can to assist your shipment through your country’s customs. However, in the unfortunate event that the seizure of your shipment does occur, we can not be held liable for any shipments delayed due to customs in your country.
